Included key allocations reset each paid billing cycle and do not roll over. Each redeemed key provides 30 days of access to one eligible, available game. Product availability and capacity still apply. Private Office requests are handled through KyTech support; no response-time guarantee is implied.

Which games can I choose?
Any title currently eligible for a 30-day key and available in your member portal. Availability and capacity can change; the portal shows your current choices before you redeem.
Do unused keys roll over?
No. Your allocation resets each paid billing cycle. Redeemed keys remain valid for their stated 30-day term, subject to the service terms.
What does Developer Circle access include?
An exclusive role in KyTech’s private Discord. It brings you closer to development discussions; it is not a promise of one-to-one developer support or a specific response time.
What changes with Black?
Black increases your included keys from four to six per billing cycle, routes member tickets to the urgent queue, and includes one Private Office request per active cycle.
Can I manage my subscription?
Yes. Members with a paid subscription can open billing management from the private portal.
